Pricing

Prices charged by the site are subject to change without notice. Prices are not guaranteed for a particular order until the User's credit card has been successfully charged for the order.

Our Guarantee

Because every photo balloon is personalized the quality depends on your photo.  Personalized Photo Balloons is not responsible for customer's errors, resulting from misspelled text and/or poor resolution image. If an item does not meet with your approval due to quality or damaged in shipment, we will gladly replace the item free of charge or refund your purchase price less shipping and handling costs.
