When properly inflated and sealed with the included jumbo plastic straw, which also serves as the balloons support stick, your Photo Balloons will remain inflated up to a year or more and completely maintain there high quality and colorful detail.

For Best Results, your photos should be bright and clear and subject/s should be centered in the photo. We support the following image file formats: .jpg, .jpeg, .gif, .png, .eps, .cdr, .ai, .psd .pdf, .tif, .tiff, .bmp.
Minimum pixel size is 800 pixels x 1200 pixels at 200dpi (4x6 photo @ 200dpi). Max file size is 4MB.
