►Is there a design tool to let me see my product before I add to cart?

There are design personalization tools, however, none of them allow for the unique design elements for the fonts and curvature of text for each individual photo balloon design.

Each photo balloon has to be custom designed by our Graphic Designer in order to allow for the detail that no design tool can offer. This allows for us to be as creative as we want when creating balloon designs. Otherwise we would only be able to put generic looking text straight across the balloons.

Our Graphic Designer also takes the time to make sure your photos are positioned correctly, and touches up areas that may not normally fit the design. If there is an issue with your photo, you will receive an email to discuss it.

If you would like a preview of what your photo balloon will look like, you can request an email preview during checkout in the Special Instructions field. Please keep in mind that by doing so you will increase the production time of your photo balloons. So please be sure to keep on top of your emails. Also, please make sure that you are receiving emails from us. You can do that by confirming that you received an account creation email along with order confirmation emails. If you cannot find these emails from us, please check your SPAM folder first. If you still cannot find emails from us, please Contact Us.

►What methods of payment do you accept?

We accept VISA, MasterCard, American Express, Discover & Debit & Bank Cards through our secure PayPal servers. A PayPal account is NOT required. Although if you have one, you may pay with PayPal also.

►Are your Photo Balloons latex or mylar or take helium?

No. Latex balloons cannot be printed in Full Color. They are limited to monochromatic imprinting, mostly for logos or text. Mylar balloons are manufacturer, pre-printed, lightweight foil that cannot be printed on or personalized.

Our Photo Balloons are made of a composite film that is coated for High Resolution, Full Color, Photo Quality Printing. That is what makes our product a Highly Valued, Individually Personalized Photo Product.

We print with full ink coverage on both sides of the balloon, a whopping 190 square inches of ink coverage! Due to the high resolution coating and amount of ink on the balloon, our Photo Balloons will not float with helium. Although you can use helium to inflate the balloons, helium dissipates very quickly and the balloon would deflate very fast.

Our balloons are best inflated with good ol' air (which is free!). Each Photo Balloon comes as a kit with all the parts necessary to self inflate the balloon. And the inflation stem also doubles as the balloons stand. And, our Photo Balloons can be deflated and re-inflated over and over.

You can use your Personalized Photo Balloon in a centerpiece, vase with flowers, in a cake or wherever your creativity takes you. Additionally, as an option, we have two types of balloon bases you can use to stand your balloons on a table or flat surface.

►What size are the Photo Balloons?

The size of the balloons is 11" uninflated and about 9" inflated. They are shipped uninflated with all parts and instructions to self inflate. Please click here to see actual customers balloons.

►What type of picture files and size can I submit?

For Best Results, your photos should be bright and clear and subject/s should be centered in the photo. Please Do Not Crop Your Photos as we may not have enough image area to fill the balloon space.

We support the following image file formats: .jpg, .jpeg, .gif, .png, .eps, .cdr, .ai, .psd .pdf, .tif, .tiff, .bmp.

Minimum pixel size is 800 pixels x 1200 pixels at 200dpi (4x6 photo @ 200dpi). Max file size is 4MB.

Please do not use pictures from social media such as Facebook as these photos are only internet quality and cannot be enlarged to fit a balloon design without pixelization. Pictures from photo sharing sites can only be used if they allow you to download the full resolution original photo. Also, pictures from online photo printing services such as Walmart or neighborhood pharmacies such as Walgreens or CVS usually only post internet quality versions of your original photo and cannot be used.

A good rule of thumb is if your picture's file size is not at least 1.5mb, then it will most likely not be a good candidate to enlarge on a photo balloon.

Also, if you are choosing our Create Your Own balloon design, where your photo will be enlarged to fit the entire balloon, please be sure that your picture file size is at least 2.5mb. A typical 4x6 picture has to be enlarged to over 11 inches to fit this balloon. And without enough resolution, your picture will be pixelated. Please read the Image Requirements on the Create Your Own Photo Balloon product page carefully when choosing a picture for that product.

If your photo does not meet any requirements to print properly on your balloon, your order will be placed in Customer Service status and you will be notified by email of the proper steps to take.

►How can I track my order?

You can log in to your account at any time to check the status of your order. There is a Log In link in the upper left corner of our site.

You will also receive status emails every step of the way during the processing of your order. The typical Order Processing Status trail looks like:

Processing - your order has been received and is in queue for processing. Your image will be quality checked before it is accepted for printing.
Graphics/Printing - your order has passed the quality check and is being produced and printed in our Graphics Department.
Shipped - your order is complete and has been packed & shipped. Your order has been updated with your tracking number (which you will also receive via an Order Status Update email).

If, for some reason your order requires additional information, it will be placed in Customer Servicestatus and you will be notified by email.

►How can I be sure I am getting the best product at the best price?

Extensive research and experience has taught us that giving our customers the best products available at the best possible price is the easiest way to keep customers happy and returning for later purchases.

All of our products undergo rigorous quality control measures before contracting with our suppliers, and following printing. Nothing leaves our plant without our knowledge that we have made it look as good as it can look.

As far as price, don't take our word for it, surf around a bit and see what our "competition" charges.

►Are there any restrictions to graphic content?

Although we vehemently defend the rights of every individual's freedom of expression, we reserve the right to refuse to print any graphic considered offensive or illegal.
